HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD SHIPPING TAKE?

Depending on your shipping location, orders are delivered within 2-10 business days after having received your shipping confirmation. Please check our shipping page for more details.

 

Nino and Viv has a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order simply go to www.ninoandviv.returnscenter.com and enter your order details to proceed with a return of your unopened,unused purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria. 
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 Pacifiers and Teethers are final sale. 

 

Can the items be exchanged?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS BOUGHT DURING BLACK FRIDAY SALE AND CYBER MONDAY?

All items bought during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are final sale. No exchanges, no refund.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS FROM HOLIDAY COLLECTION?

After December 1,2023, we don't accept any returns or exchanges from Holidays collection

 

 PRODUCTS 

Teething toys, especially those with string, such as wood or silicone beads on a pacifier clip, are not to be sterilized by boiling or steaming. Instead, wash with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. It’ll help protect the integrity of the teether while also washing away germs.

Silicone is naturally antimicrobial, washing with warm soapy water thoroughly is sufficient to clean it!

WILL YOU RESTOCK HOLIDAY COLLECTION?

Unfortunately, there are no plans for a restock.
